tṛtīyāvaraṇe śaṃbhorbhaktyā nityaṃ samarcitaḥ | satkṛtya śivayorājñāṃ sa me diśatu maṃgalam
Que celui qui est sans cesse vénéré avec dévotion dans la troisième enceinte de Śambhu, et qui honore comme il se doit l’ordre du Couple divin (Śiva et Śivā), m’accorde l’auspice.
Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pati

It highlights that true maṅgala (auspiciousness) arises from steady bhakti and from aligning one’s conduct with the ājñā (divine ordinance) of Shiva together with Śakti—Pati and His inseparable power guiding the devotee beyond bondage.
The mention of an “enclosure” (āvaraṇa) points to ordered, reverential worship—typical of Saguna Shiva upāsanā where the devotee approaches the Lord through structured pūjā, moving inward through sanctified layers toward the heart of the presence (often symbolized by the Liṅga).
Practice daily devotional worship with disciplined observance of Śiva-Śakti’s injunctions—such as regular pūjā, japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), and maintaining purity and humility as one ‘approaches inward’ through successive stages of worship.
