The Exposition of the Nityā-paṭala
वृत्तिजार्णांल्लिखेदंकैर्व्यत्यस्तक्रमयोगतः । तैर्भेदयो जनं कुर्यात्संदर्भाणामशेषतः ॥ ६ ॥
vṛttijārṇāṃllikhedaṃkairvyatyastakramayogataḥ | tairbhedayo janaṃ kuryātsaṃdarbhāṇāmaśeṣataḥ || 6 ||
Qu’on mette par écrit les schémas métriques (vṛtti), en les disposant par inversion et permutation de leur ordre; et par ces procédés, sans rien omettre, qu’on produise la classification et l’agencement complets des compositions (sandarbhas).

Chandas-oriented technique: recording metrical patterns (vṛtti/vṛtta) with numerical indexing and sequence permutation (vyatyasta-krama) to classify and organize connected textual units (sandarbhas).
