Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 90

Mahāviṣṇu-Mantras: Aṣṭākṣarī, Sudarśana-Astra, Nyāsa Systems, Āvaraṇa-Pūjā, and Prayogas

भूचंद्रैकरसाक्ष्यक्षिमंत्रवर्णोर्विभागतः । कृत्वांगानि ततो ध्यायेद्विधिवत्पुरुषोत्तमम् ॥ ९० ॥

bhūcaṃdraikarasākṣyakṣimaṃtravarṇorvibhāgataḥ | kṛtvāṃgāni tato dhyāyedvidhivatpuruṣottamam || 90 ||

Après avoir assigné les lettres du mantra aux membres du corps selon la juste répartition (nyāsa), on doit ensuite, selon le rite prescrit, méditer sur Puruṣottama.
