Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in a technical Vedanga/mantra-prayoga context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches a disciplined inner ritual (nyāsa) where lunar coolness is invoked and installed in the body, stabilizing the mind and subtle channels through meditative remembrance of cāṃdrī (moonlike radiance).
Though technical, it supports bhakti by training focused remembrance (anusmaraṇa): the practitioner internalizes a sacred form (here, lunar radiance) as a step toward steadier contemplation in worship.
It highlights mantra-prayoga with phonetic sequencing (svara/varṇa) and bodily placement (nyāsa), reflecting Śikṣā-style attention to sound and ritual visualization used in applied Vedic practice.
