Après avoir invoqué la divinité dans la lampe, qu’on l’adore avec pâte de santal, fleurs et autres offrandes. Ensuite, le sage honorera avec révérence une jeune fille purifiée par le bain—ou un jeune garçon—par des marques de respect.
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in a dharma/ritual context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches that the Divine can be ritually approached through a consecrated lamp (dīpa), and that worship is completed by honoring purity and auspiciousness—symbolized by a bathed maiden or young boy—after the offerings.
Bhakti is expressed through tangible, reverent acts: invoking the deity, offering fragrant substances and flowers, and extending that reverence into respectful honoring of living embodiments of purity and innocence.
It reflects ritual discipline (kalpa-style procedure): proper invocation (āvāhana/samāvāhana), prescribed upacāras like gandha and puṣpa, and post-worship honoring (pūjā) aligned with purity rules (snāta).
