मातुलिंगं च तगरं रवौ नैवार्पयेत्क्वचित् । शक्तौ दूर्वार्कमंदारान् गणेशे तुलसीं त्यजेत् ॥ ६२ ॥
mātuliṃgaṃ ca tagaraṃ ravau naivārpayetkvacit | śaktau dūrvārkamaṃdārān gaṇeśe tulasīṃ tyajet || 62 ||
Qu’on n’offre jamais au Soleil le mātuḷiṅga (cédrat) ni la fleur parfumée tagara. À Śakti, qu’on présente l’herbe dūrvā, l’arka et les fleurs mandāra ; et dans le culte de Gaṇeśa, qu’on s’abstienne d’offrir la tulasī (basilic sacré).
