Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 91

Vyākaraṇa-saṅgraha: Pada–Vibhakti–Kāraka–Lakāra–Samāsa

अधिस्रीत्यव्ययीभावे यथाशक्ति च कीर्तितम् । रामाश्रितस्तत्पुरुषे धान्यार्थो यूपदारु च ॥ ९१ ॥

adhisrītyavyayībhāve yathāśakti ca kīrtitam | rāmāśritastatpuruṣe dhānyārtho yūpadāru ca || 91 ||

Dans le composé indéclinable (avyayībhāva), l’usage «adhisrītya» a été énoncé autant que possible. Dans un tatpuruṣa, on a pour exemples «rāmāśrita», “celui qui a pris refuge en Rāma”, ainsi que des mots exprimant le sens du grain (dhānya) et du bois du poteau sacrificiel (yūpa-dāru).
