Satya (truth) is central: Rāma explicitly asks for a factual report (tattvataḥ). Dharma here is truthful speech and reliable testimony in a crisis.
After receiving the token, Rāma urgently requests Sītā’s exact message from Hanumān, treating her words as life-giving.
Rāma’s trust in truth and his disciplined focus on authentic information as the basis for right action.
