सुन्दरकाण्डे अष्टपञ्चाशः सर्गः — हनुमद्वृत्तान्तकथनम्, सीताभिज्ञान-प्रदानम्, लङ्कादाह-वर्णनम्

Hearing those words of the evil-minded Rāvaṇa, Sītā—burning with anger—replied with a noble and fitting response.

Dharma includes righteous speech at the right time: Sītā prepares to answer wrongdoing with truth and moral clarity, not with fear-driven compromise.
After Rāvaṇa’s threat, the narration pivots to Sītā’s formal rebuttal.
