बलैस्समग्रैर्यदि मां रावणं जित्य संयुगे।विजयी स्वपुरं यायात्तत्तस्य सदृशं भवेत्।।।।

Transliteration

balaiḥ samagrair yadi māṃ rāvaṇaṃ jitvā saṃyuge | vijayī svapuraṃ yāyāt tat tasya sadṛśaṃ bhavet ||

Translation

If, with all his forces assembled, he were to conquer Rāvaṇa in battle and—victorious—return with me to his own city, that would indeed be worthy of him.
