शरैस्तु सङ्कुलां कृत्वा लङ्कां परबलार्दनः।मां नयेद्यदि काकुत्स्थः तत्तस्य सदृशं भवेत्।।।।

Transliteration

śarais tu saṅkulāṁ kṛtvā laṅkāṁ parabalārdanaḥ | māṁ nayed yadi kākutsthaḥ tat tasya sadṛśaṁ bhavet ||

Translation

If Kakutstha—slayer of hostile armies—were to flood Laṅkā with his arrows and then lead me away, such a deed would be wholly worthy of him.
