You will regain new wings and pinions once more; and you will also recover your life-breath, eyesight, prowess, and strength.

'I am not enthusiastic about giving you the wings now. Remain here and carry on the work for the welfare of the world.

S
Sampāti

Dharma here is expressed as restorative grace: capability and strength are returned so the recipient can fulfill a righteous purpose rather than remain incapacitated.

A seer assures Sampāti that his lost powers—wings, eyesight, vitality, and strength—will be restored, preparing him for a larger role in the unfolding mission connected to Rāma.

Hope joined to responsibility: renewed power is not for pride, but for service to a dhārmic cause.
