उद्योगप्रवर्तनम् (Mobilization and Counsel on Kingship)
श्रुत्वा तु वचनं तस्य हरयश्शीघ्रविक्रमाः।।4.38.9।।समुपस्थापयामासुश्शिबिकां प्रियदर्शनाम्।
tān uvāca tataḥ prāptān rājā arka-sadṛśa-prabhaḥ ||4.38.8|| upasthāpayata kṣipraṃ śibikāṃ mama vānarāḥ |
Then the king, radiant like the sun, addressed those who had arrived: “Vānaras, quickly bring my palanquin.”
On hearing the king, the monkeys who were quick to act placed a beautiful palanquin in front of him.
Dharma is prompt execution of rightful duty: attendants respond to legitimate authority as the king prepares to act for the alliance’s righteous mission.
Sugrīva issues a practical order—his palanquin is to be made ready immediately.
