Hearing Lakṣmaṇa’s well-spoken words, Sugrīva was greatly pleased and replied: “So be it. Let us go. I shall abide by your command.”

Dharma is shown as honoring truthful commitments and respecting rightful instruction: Sugrīva accepts guidance without ego, aligning his actions with the alliance’s moral purpose.

Sugrīva responds to Lakṣmaṇa’s message and agrees to proceed, affirming that he will act in accordance with Lakṣmaṇa’s directive.

Sugrīva’s humility and readiness to act; Lakṣmaṇa’s disciplined, persuasive speech that advances the righteous mission.
