As the wise sage Viśvāmitra recited their mantras, all the venerable astras appeared and stood ready in attendance upon Rāghava.

While the sagacious ascetic Viswamitra was muttering the mystic terms of these venerable astras (addressing their respective deities), all these weapons (with their mystic power) attended on Rama.

Dharma links power to disciplined speech and truth-bearing mantra: the astras respond not to ego but to rightful invocation within a sacred order.

Through Viśvāmitra’s mantra-recitation, the astras manifest and become available to Rāma.

Spiritual competence (tapas/mantra-siddhi) in Viśvāmitra and the rightful receptivity of Rāma.
