सूर्यं ते द्यावापृथिवीवन्तमृच्छन्तु । ये माघायव प्रतीच्याः दिशोऽभिदासात्
IAST Transliteration
sū́ryaṃ te dyāvāpṛthivī́vantaṃ ṛchantu | yé mā́ghāyávaḥ pratī́cyā diśó ’bhídāsāt ||
English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)
To Sūrya, Heaven-and-Earth-endowed, let them betake them—those gain-seeking plotters—from the western quarter’s act of hostile assault.
