Type: ghat
Listener: Devī
Scene: Janārdana stands at the water’s edge after battle, washing the Sudarśana cakra stained red; the water ripples as the blood dissolves, sanctifying the ford.
A tīrtha’s sanctity is rooted in divine action; sacred places carry the memory of the Lord’s deeds and thus become channels of purification.
Cakratīrtha in Prabhāsakṣetra, identified through the event of washing the discus.
None explicitly in this verse; it provides the tīrtha’s mythic origin.
