Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra (bounded by Yameśvara–Someśa–Viśālākṣī–Saritaṃ patiḥ)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Bhāminī
Scene: A schematic sacred map: four shrines at the cardinal directions around Prabhāsa—Yameśvara to the east, Someśa to the west, Viśālākṣī to the north, and the ‘Lord of rivers’ to the south—forming a protective mandala.
Sacred places are understood not only by devotion but also by knowing their traditional boundaries and guardian shrines.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, described through its directional boundary deities/shrines.
No direct ritual is prescribed here; the verse maps the holy geography for pilgrimage understanding.
