Transliteration

yadā roṣeṇa saṃśaptaḥ pitrā jāṃbavatīsutaḥ | ārādhayāmāsa tadā viṣṇuṃ kamalalocanam

Als Jāmbavatīs Sohn (Sāmba) von seinem Vater im Zorn verflucht wurde, da verehrte er Viṣṇu, den Lotosäugigen Herrn.
