ओंकारोऽहं वषट्कारः सामाहमृग्यजुस्तथा । अहमग्निश्च होता च यजमानस्तथैव च

oṃkāro'haṃ vaṣaṭkāraḥ sāmāhamṛgyajustathā | ahamagniśca hotā ca yajamānastathaiva ca

Ich bin der Oṃkāra; ich bin der Vaṣaṭ-Ruf. Ich bin der Sāman und ebenso Ṛk und Yajus. Ich bin das heilige Feuer Agni, der Hotṛ-Priester und auch der yajamāna, der Stifter des Ritus.
