ईश्वर उवाच । त्वमेव हि चराः प्राणाः सर्वस्य जगतोरणिः । त्वया विरहितो देवि मुहूर्तमपि नोत्सहे
īśvara uvāca | tvameva hi carāḥ prāṇāḥ sarvasya jagatoraṇiḥ | tvayā virahito devi muhūrtamapi notsahe
Īśvara sprach: „Du allein bist die bewegten Lebensateme der ganzen Welt; du bist das araṇi, das Feuerreibholz, aus dem die Welt hervorgeht. O Göttin, von dir getrennt ertrage ich nicht einmal einen Augenblick.“
