Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī / Umā (addressed as 'jagatāṃ ... īśvarīm')
Scene: A devotee bows to the World-Sovereign Goddess; at the final moment of life, through that culminating union of remembrance, Śiva grants liberation by grace.
Sincere reverence to the Divine—Śiva and the Īśvarī—culminates in liberating grace, even at life’s final moment.
Prabhāsakṣetra, where devotion to the divine couple is linked with the promise of liberation.
Namaskāra (reverent bowing) and sustained devotion, with emphasis on the final, death-time orientation (dehāvasāna-yoga).
