Transliteration

yuṣmatpādaprasādena sūryasyānugraheṇa vai | sādhayitvā tapaścograṃ sthāpitā pratimā mayā

Translation

„Durch die Gnade eurer Füße und wahrlich durch Surya’s Huld habe ich, nachdem ich strenge Askese vollendet hatte, dieses Bildnis aufgestellt.“
