देवत्वं च मया प्राप्तं समर्थोऽहं द्विजोत्तम । वरं ददामि ते विप्र गृहाण त्वं वरं शुभम्
devatvaṃ ca mayā prāptaṃ samartho'haṃ dvijottama | varaṃ dadāmi te vipra gṛhāṇa tvaṃ varaṃ śubham
„Ich habe den göttlichen Stand erlangt und bin nun mächtig, o Bester der Zweimalgeborenen. O Brāhmaṇa, ich gewähre dir eine Gabe—nimm von mir diese glückverheißende Gabe an.“
