Transliteration

kurute puruṣaḥ pāpaṃ yatkiñcidvṛttikarśitaḥ | api gocarmamātreṇa bhūmidānena śuddhyati

Translation

Ein Mensch, vom Lebensunterhalt bedrängt, mag irgendeine Sünde begehen; doch selbst durch die Gabe von Land, nur so groß wie eine Kuhhaut, wird er gereinigt.
