Transliteration

yeṣāmadhyayanaṃ nāsti ye ca kecidanagnayaḥ | kulaṃ vā'śrotriyaṃ yeṣāṃ te sarve śūdrajātayaḥ

Translation

Diejenigen, in denen es kein Studium (heiligen Wissens) gibt, und diejenigen, die keine heiligen Feuer unterhalten—deren Geschlecht nicht śrotriya ist (ohne vedische Überlieferung)—sie alle gelten als von śūdra-Stand.
