विधूमे लेलिहाने च कुर्यात्कर्म प्रसिद्धये । अप्रबुद्धे सधूमे च जुहुयाद्यो हुताशने
vidhūme lelihāne ca kuryātkarma prasiddhaye | aprabuddhe sadhūme ca juhuyādyo hutāśane
Wenn das Feuer rauchlos ist und seine Flammen nach oben lecken, soll man das Ritual zur sicheren Vollendung vollziehen. Wer aber Opfergaben in ein stumpfes, rauchendes Feuer darbringt, handelt wider die rechte Vorschrift.
