Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 34

FAQs

Ultimate relief from suffering is not found in worldly agencies; it rests in the highest divine power beyond the three worlds.

The statement is embedded in Prabhāsakṣetra Māhātmya, supporting its authoritative Shaiva teaching atmosphere rather than describing a specific spot.

None; it is a doctrinal claim about the limits of worldly power and the need for divine refuge.
