ईश्वर उवाच । साधुसाधु महादेवि साधु पृष्टोऽस्मि सुवते । शृणुष्वैकमना देवि मूर्तिथं येन पूजयेत्
īśvara uvāca | sādhusādhu mahādevi sādhu pṛṣṭo'smi suvate | śṛṇuṣvaikamanā devi mūrtithaṃ yena pūjayet
Īśvara sprach: „Vortrefflich, vortrefflich, o Mahādevī; gut hast du gefragt, o du von edlem Gelübde. Höre mit einspitzigem Geist, o Devī, die Methode, durch die man die Gottheit verehrt, die in einer Mūrti gegenwärtig ist.“
