Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 111

प्रविष्टा च शुभे यागे मेखलां क्षौमवाससी । गृहाण दीक्षां ब्रह्माणि पादौ ते प्रणमे शुभे

praviṣṭā ca śubhe yāge mekhalāṃ kṣaumavāsasī | gṛhāṇa dīkṣāṃ brahmāṇi pādau te praṇame śubhe

Sie trat in das glückverheißende Opfer ein, gegürtet und in Leinengewänder gekleidet. „O Gemahlin Brahmās, nimm die Dīkṣā (Weihe) an; o Heilvolle, ich verneige mich zu deinen Füßen.“
