Brahmā (instruction); narrator continues about Nārada
Tirtha: Prabhāsa
Type: kshetra
Listener: Nārada
Scene: Brahmā instructs: ‘Worship the Lord of gods for purification of all sins.’ Nārada, struck with remorse, repeatedly laments, head bowed, hands trembling near the vīṇā he set aside.
Purification is achieved through sincere repentance and focused worship of Śiva as the purifier of all sins.
The instruction is situated within the Prabhāsa-kṣetra narrative, where Śiva-worship is especially efficacious.
Upāsanā/ārādhana of Deveśa (Śiva) specifically aimed at sarva-pāpa-viśuddhi.
