ईश्वर उवाच । इत्युक्ता ऋषयो देवि लज्जयाऽनतकन्धराः । प्रत्यालोच्य यथान्यायं वसिष्ठं समनूद्वहन्
īśvara uvāca | ityuktā ṛṣayo devi lajjayā'natakandharāḥ | pratyālocya yathānyāyaṃ vasiṣṭhaṃ samanūdvahan
Īśvara sprach: „O Göttin, so angesprochen senkten die Weisen beschämt ihre Häupter. Nachdem sie nach dem Gebotenen beraten hatten, drängten sie Vasiṣṭha, diesen Weg anzunehmen.“
