Transliteration

pitā yaḥ sarvadevānāṃ bhūtānāṃ ca pitāmahaḥ | yasmādeṣa sa taiḥ pūjyo brāhmaṇaiḥ kṣetravāsibhiḥ

Translation

Er ist der Vater aller Götter und der Urgroßvater aller Wesen; darum soll Er von ihnen und von den in diesem heiligen Gebiet wohnenden Brāhmaṇas verehrt werden.
