अतः पूज्यास्तु ते विप्रा अलाभे प्रतिमादयः

ataḥ pūjyāstu te viprā alābhe pratimādayaḥ

Darum sind jene Brāhmaṇas wahrlich zu verehren; sind sie nicht verfügbar, so dienen Bildnisse und dergleichen als Ersatz.
