Transliteration

athottaṃkaḥ phalāhārī avatīrya dharātale | sarvato'nveṣayāmāsa vegena mahatā vṛtaḥ

Translation

Dann stieg Uttaṅka, der sich von Früchten nährte, zur Erde hinab und suchte überall, von großer Dringlichkeit erfasst.
