दितितपः-शक्रपरिचर्या-गर्भभेदः
Diti’s Penance, Indra’s Service, and the Severing of the Embryo
एवमुक्त्वा महातेजा: पाणिना स ममार्ज ताम्।समालभ्य ततस्स्वस्तीत्युक्त्वा स तपसे ययौ।।1.46.7।।
evam uktvā mahātejāḥ pāṇinā sa mamārja tām | samālabhya tataḥ svastīty uktvā sa tapase yayau || 1.46.7 ||
এ কথা বলে মহাতেজস্বী ঋষি হাত দিয়ে স্নেহভরে তাকে স্পর্শ করে সান্ত্বনা দিলেন; তারপর আশীর্বাদস্বরূপ স্পর্শ করে ‘স্বস্তি হোক’ বলে তিনি তপস্যায় প্রস্থান করলেন।
Highly brilliant Kasyapa, having thus spoken, touched her gently with his palm, stroked her body and said, "May good betide thee". Having said this, Kasyapa went away to perform austerities.
Dharma includes auspicious speech and right conduct: blessing, gentle comportment, and commitment to tapas are shown as righteous norms.
After granting conditions and blessings, Kāśyapa leaves Diti and returns to his ascetic practice.
Kāśyapa’s self-discipline and benevolence—he blesses and then resumes austerity without attachment.
