सगरपुत्राणां रसातलगमनम्

पश्चिमायामपि दिशि महान्तमचलोपमम्।।।।दिशागजं सौमनसं ददृशुस्ते महाबला:।

paścimāyām api diśi mahāntam acalopamam |

diśāgajaṃ saumanasaṃ dadṛśus te mahābalāḥ ||

পশ্চিম দিকেও সেই মহাবলীরা সৌমনস নামক দিগ্গজকে দেখল—যিনি মহান, পর্বতসম বিশাল।
