Transliteration

paścāttṛtīyādeyaṃ yattatpūrvasyāṃ vivarjayet | vidhānamāsāṃ sarvāsāṃ sāmānyaṃ manasaḥ priye

Translation

ما شُرِعَ أن يُعطى بعد اليوم الثالث فلا يُعطى في اليوم السابق. فهذا هو الحكم العامّ لإجراء جميع الشهور، يا حبيب قلبي.
