मद्भक्तिं वहतां पुंसामिह लोके परेऽपि वा । नाशुभं विद्यते किंचित्कुलकोटिं नयेद्दिवम्
madbhaktiṃ vahatāṃ puṃsāmiha loke pare'pi vā | nāśubhaṃ vidyate kiṃcitkulakoṭiṃ nayeddivam
凡怀抱对我之虔信(bhakti)者,无论此世或来世,皆无丝毫不祥;此虔信甚至能引领同一族系千万之众升至天界。
Śrī Kṛṣṇa (contextual)
Tirtha: Dvārakā
Type: kshetra
Listener: Generalized audience (‘puṃsām’) extending beyond the immediate brāhmaṇa listener
Scene: A doctrinal climax: those who ‘carry’ devotion to the Lord have no inauspiciousness in this world or the next; such devotion can elevate even ten million of one’s lineage to heaven.
Devotion is portrayed as a supreme purifier: it protects the devotee from misfortune and radiates merit outward to uplift one’s lineage.
The verse is theological rather than geographical, but it belongs to the Dvārakā Māhātmya frame where devotion in the Lord’s sacred domain is emphasized.
No specific rite is given; the central prescription is sustaining devotion (mad-bhakti).
