Transliteration

purā saṃsraṣṭukāmo'haṃ nāgānāṃ navamaṃ kulam | tadbhaviṣyati tvatpārśvātsamaryādaṃ dharātale

“往昔我欲开显那伽的第九支系，便如此安立：由你这一侧，它将在大地上兴起，具足应有的界限与秩序。”
