दुर्वृत्तानां स हरति वृत्तस्थानां प्रयच्छति । अनुशास्ति च भूतानि कार्येषु बलवत्तरः
Transliteration
durvṛttānāṃ sa harati vṛttasthānāṃ prayacchati | anuśāsti ca bhūtāni kāryeṣu balavattaraḥ
Translation
“对行恶者，他夺去（其权势与福分）；对安住正行者，他赐予（其应得）。在诸行之中他最为强盛，并且教诫众生，使其各守本分。”
