sādhvasaṃjanayitveti keciduccāṭitāḥ puraḥ | tena vighnakṛtāpaurāḥ kapaṭadvijarūpiṇā

Translation

于是，他先激起恐慌，使一些人被逐出城；又以伪装成狡诈婆罗门之形者，令城民处处遭遇障碍。
