दैवं पूर्वकृतं कर्म कथ्यते नेतरत्पुनः । तन्निराकरणे यत्नः स्वयं कार्यो विपश्चिता

Transliteration

daivaṃ pūrvakṛtaṃ karma kathyate netaratpunaḥ | tannirākaraṇe yatnaḥ svayaṃ kāryo vipaścitā

Translation

所谓“命运”，不过是往昔所作之业而已，并无他物。因此，智者当亲自精进，努力加以对治与转化。
