Transliteration

akālavidyutstanite varṣartau pāṃsuvarṣaṇe | mahāvātadhvanau rātrāvanadhyāyāḥ prakīrtitāḥ

Translation

当有反常的闪电雷鸣、在雨季之时、逢尘土飞雨之际，以及夜间大风轰鸣之中——这些时段被宣说为不诵习（anadhyāya），即暂停吠陀学习。
