श्रीमार्कण्डेय उवाच । भार्गवे विपुले वंशे धीमतो देवशार्मणः । दारुर्नाम महाभागो वेदवेदाङ्गपारगः
śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca | bhārgave vipule vaṃśe dhīmato devaśārmaṇaḥ | dārurnāma mahābhāgo vedavedāṅgapāragaḥ
圣者马尔坎德耶曰：“在广大的婆尔伽瓦（Bhārgava）族系中，有一位智者名德瓦沙尔曼（Devaśarman）；其贤子达鲁（Dāru）福德殊胜，通达诸吠陀及其支分（Vedāṅga）。”
