saṃjīvanaṃ samastasya jagatassalilātmikā | bhāvīti gīyate mūrtibhavasya paramātmanaḥ | bahiraṃtargatā viśvaṃ vyāpya tejomayī śubhā | raudrī rudrāvyayā mūrtirāsthitā ghorarūpiṇī
她是令整个宇宙复苏的力量,具水之本性。因此人们歌咏她为“Bhāvī”,乃至上真我化为形相时的显现之能。她遍满一切世界,外内无遗,吉祥而由炽盛光辉(tejas)所成。她安住为不坏的鲁陀罗之力——以“Roudrī”之形——相貌威猛可畏。

Linga-worship contemplates Shiva as the formless Supreme who becomes accessible through form; this verse explains that the Supreme manifests and pervades as tejas (radiant presence) together with Rudrā/Śakti, supporting Saguna contemplation without denying the transcendent Pati.
