The verse highlights namaskāra (humble bowing) and stuti (praise) as essential devotional attitudes; even exalted devas approach the divine with reverence, modeling the Shaiva Siddhanta emphasis on surrender and disciplined devotion as supports for grace.
Although the scene is set in Vaikuṇṭha, the act of bowing and praising reflects the same bhakti-pattern used in Saguna Shiva worship—approaching the Lord through reverent stotra and humility, which in Shaiva practice is also directed to Shiva in the Liṅga as the accessible form for devotion.
A practical takeaway is daily namaskāra with stotra-pāṭha: begin worship by bowing, then recite a hymn (or the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with a mind of reverence, mirroring the devas’ disciplined approach.
