Nārada’s Austerities Described
चक्रे मुनिस्समाधिं तमहम्ब्रह्मेति यत्र ह । विज्ञानं भवति ब्रह्मसाक्षात्कारकरं द्विजाः
cakre munissamādhiṃ tamahambrahmeti yatra ha | vijñānaṃ bhavati brahmasākṣātkārakaraṃ dvijāḥ
诸位二生圣者啊,那位仙人入于彼三摩地,于其中生起证悟:“我即梵(Brahman)。”由此而生上妙的辨知之智,能令直证梵。

It teaches that true liberation-oriented knowledge is not mere theory: through samādhi arises vijñāna—realized wisdom—which culminates in direct experience of the Supreme (Brahman), understood in Shaiva reading as the highest reality of Śiva.
Saguna worship such as Liṅga-pūjā is traditionally a support for purification and one-pointedness; when the mind becomes steady, it matures into samādhi, where the seeker recognizes the supreme truth beyond form—Śiva as the inner Brahman—without rejecting devotional practice.
The verse primarily points to samādhi (deep meditation). In a Shiva Purana practice-frame, this is supported by japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), disciplined dhyāna, and purity-observances; the aim is realized vijñāna leading to direct vision of the Supreme.
