Transliteration

lokahiṃsā-vihārāṇāṃ rakṣasāṃ kāmarūpiṇām | kurvatām api pāpāni naiva kāryam aśobhanam || 6.116.47 ||

Translation

即使那些以残害世间为乐、能随欲变形的罗刹作诸恶业，也不可因此反行卑鄙不净之事。
