Transliteration

pāpānāṃ vā śubhānāṃ vā vadhārhāṇāṃ plavaṅgama | kāryaṃ karuṇyam āryeṇa na kaścin nāparādhyati || 6.116.46 ||

Translation

无论是罪人还是贤善之人，即便是似乎当诛者，噢猴王——高贵之士亦当以慈悲行事；不可造作过恶。
